Federation Manager
Your federation’s office, in one console
Clubs, players, licences, calendar and score sheets: everything that lives in spreadsheets and emails today, in one place.
In the browser, on any device.
Official rulebooks from
01Club database
Every affiliated club, in one register
See your federation’s clubs by region, with their players and their affiliation status. Pending affiliations stand out before the season starts.
02Players and licences
The player licence, gone digital
Every player in one database and, for each of them, this season’s licence: club, category and validity. A verifiable code replaces the paper card.
03Calendar and leagues
From calendar to league, without switching tools
Add competitions to the federation calendar, edit them or cancel them. A league created here opens straight in Competition Manager, ready to invite the clubs and publish the matchdays.
04Score sheet archive
Every closed score sheet, archived
Score sheets signed courtside land in the federation’s archive on their own. Filter by competition or date and download any score sheet as a PDF, or all of them at once as a ZIP.
Digitise your federation
Open the console, or write to hola@volleyworldapp.com and we’ll set it up with you.
