Frequently asked questions
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The Free plan costs €0 with no time limit: up to 500 members, 3 admin accounts, 3 levels, 20 push notifications a week, 5 marketing emails a day and unlimited transactional emails. Trainings, friendly matches and social events are unlimited. Tournaments are not included on the Free plan: you add them with the €50 pack of 5 credits, and they can have up to 16 teams. Club PRO includes unlimited tournaments.
- How much do the paid plans cost?
- Community is €29.99/month and Club PRO €59.99/month. Until 31.10.2026, every club that subscribes keeps the offer price: Community €14.99/month (€12/month billed yearly) and Club PRO €39.99/month (€35/month billed yearly). Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable.
- What does it cost the club to collect payments from members?
- One total cost per payment, payment processing included: 2% + €0.25 on Club PRO, 2.5% + €0.25 on Community and 3% + €0.25 on Free. That applies to standard EEA cards, Bizum, Apple Pay and Google Pay; premium, corporate and non-EEA cards cost more (up to about 1.3 points more, at the card network’s rate). Subscriptions paid by direct debit (SEPA) cost 0.2 points less — 1.8%, 2.3% or 2.8% + €0.25 — and direct debit is the recommended method for memberships; the club pays €3.50 for a returned debit and €15 for a debit the member reverses through their bank (possible within 8 weeks). Subscriptions, whatever the payment method, also cost 0.7% for recurring billing, charged once a month on the club’s Stripe balance, not per payment. When you refund a payment, its processing cost is not returned.
- What does a membership actually cost the club?
- Example on Club PRO: a €55 monthly membership paid by card costs €1.35 per payment + €0.39 recurring billing = €1.74, so the club receives €53.26. By direct debit: €1.24 + €0.39 = €1.63, and the club receives €53.37. A €13 single ticket paid by card costs €0.51; the club receives €12.49.
- How do club payments work?
- You connect your club’s bank account through Stripe (setup takes about 30 minutes). After that you can sell subscriptions, one-time payments, training packages, licences and — on Community and Club PRO — merchandising.
- Can I change my plan later?
- Yes, you can start on Free and upgrade at any time. If you cancel a paid plan, your club keeps working on the Free plan.
- How many teams can join a tournament?
- Up to 16 teams per tournament on Free and up to 256 on Community and Club PRO. How many tournaments you may run is a separate limit: Free includes none and Community includes one a month, so both can buy a one-time €50 pack with 5 extra tournament/camp credits. Club PRO includes unlimited tournaments and camps.
- Where can I use Volley World?
- Anywhere — Volley World works worldwide. Prices are shown in euros, and club payments and payouts are processed through Stripe.
