Clubs training children
A club where the parents sign up
The whole family comes in through one door: a parent registers once, adds their children, and manages their memberships, groups and bookings from that single account.
One form brings in the whole family
Put the "Add children" question on your onboarding form. A parent fills it in once, and their children are created and enrolled in your club along with them.
The parent stays in charge
Children live inside the parent account. Give a child their own email address and they also get their own login to the player app; leave it out and they exist only inside the parent account.
Every child gets their own plan
Subscriptions, session packs and training groups are assigned per child. The parent pays with their own card, and the child receives the plan.
Children's accounts start locked down
Profile hidden, statistics and photo not public, chat off and the playing-partner matcher disabled — from the first second.
U18 results on the family phone
When a result is entered in one of your tournaments, the parent gets it straight away. They can turn that off per child whenever they want.
